This new factory is built strictly according to Saint-Gobain Group's World-Class Manufacturing (WCM) standards. The entire production line utilizes low-energy automated processes, with no asbestos added. The production process is dual-certified by ISO 9001 quality management system and ISO 14001 environmental management system, achieving full-process quality traceability from raw material input to finished product output. After the project is put into operation, it will fill part of the production gap in high-end fiber cement board in South Africa, significantly reducing supply chain transportation costs and delivery cycles for construction projects in the region.
The first phase of the factory is designed to have an annual production capacity of 3.5 million square meters. Subsequent phases will be implemented to expand capacity according to market demand in Southern Africa, with a final planned annual production capacity exceeding 6 million square meters, covering the construction market needs of multiple Southern African countries, including South Africa, Botswana, Namibia, and Mozambique. Exterior Wall Decoration Series: Tongue-and-groove structure fair-faced concrete decorative panels, waterproof, moisture-proof, lightweight, and high-strength, with a short construction cycle, perfectly suited to the hot and rainy climate of Africa, significantly reducing the later maintenance costs of building exterior walls.
Special Function Series: Customized explosion-proof pressure relief boards and high-strength fire-resistant boards, with pressure relief values up to 250kPa, providing professional explosion-proof and pressure relief system solutions for local industrial projects and commercial buildings.
Residential Decoration Series: Sanded high-density fiber cement boards with a surface smoothness of 120 mesh, suitable for direct use as interior decorative veneers, offering advantages such as high sound insulation, fire resistance, and corrosion resistance.
